Sy losses 2 Pounds!!!!!!

Yes folks, just when you thought things were getting slow we have another exciting story from the SySonnenberg camp. This afternoon we went to the Doctor's office down in N brook. Well as many of you know, that have been following the blog, Sy has been having a little bit of trouble dropping the deuce.

While waiting for the Dr. I was attempting to feed Sy, when I heard what I thought were thunderheads in the distance, little did I know that the thunder was coming from the stomach down below. I was excited to tell Farrah that I think the boy was finally having a movement, and big movement at that.

Farrah, was delighted that Sy finally dropped a deuce without any help from his friends at Karo syrup factory. We then were deciding whether or not to change him at that moment or wait, but our decision was quickly made when a huge rumble, that could be felt across the room, came from the same area as before. The vibrations carried through the room like the earthquake we experienced a few weeks ago. I turned to Farrah and said we might not be able to wait until after the Doc comes to address this situation. Just as Farrah and I contemplated our next move a sound that I have never heard made by a human being before came busting through his football engraved outfit. The vibration almost shook me to the point that I almost lost my grip of him.

At this time we had no other choice but to play the hand that had been dealt to us. We motioned to the nurse outside to hold the Dr. off until we can fix the damage from the explosion down below. As I then laid the boy down on the table and started to unzip his outfit I noticed a tad bit of Baby Pooh peaking out of the top his diaper. Not the end of the world, me and Farrah laughed as we continue with the changing. Then as we lifted his legs and attempted to remove the diaper, a flow of diarrhea that could only be appreciated by the most experience sewer coordinator, gushed out the back of his diaper and down the middle of his back. The stench that followed was one the curled the deepest of nose hairs.

Farrah almost threw up her chicken sandwich from lunch as I reached for as many handy whips as I could grip with my free hand. The flow of diarrhea had now reached the shoulder blades and was leaving a Lava like trail on its way. As I attacked the blob-like creature with my handful of handy whips, Sy kicked in what I think was an attempt to set some of his friends free. As he did so the mustard colored squirts spread all over the room like a sprinkler on the first day of summer. Splatter all over my shoes, Splatter all over the floor, Splatter all over the table and clothes on it. Farrah looked at me and I at her, wondering what to do next to fight the beast that came from within our son. Not knowing where to turn to next we quickly turned to more handy whips to fight this liquid monster that seemingly attacked everything within its sight. SY now almost flaunting his creations was sitting back and enjoying the spectacle he had created with three little pushes of his bottom.

We then attacked and attacked with handy whip after handy whip. Before we knew it we had gone through one container then another and then another. Thank goodness that Farrah had the foresight to pack another outfit and all those handy whips. After about 15 minutes of fighting the diarrhea monster, we were finally able to over match him with a continues deployment of handy whips. As we finished up and enjoyed a chuckle at the lesson we had just learned..... Careful for what you wish for because you just might get it..... and you just don't know when and where you will get it, or how much you will get.

From our approximations we think the diarrhea monster weighed in the neighborhood of two pounds. By the way the checkup went very well and Farrah is healing very nicely.

Good morning Sy and Mom and Dad just read the blog to papa before he left for work and he really thinks Jason should become a writer! We were very happy to hear that finally Syler had a movement! We just hope it keeps on coming and more frequently. I know Mom and Dad had to clean it up but can you imagine how the little guy felt after words. Keep it coming Sy!!
